Our Retreats

A retreat provides the space and time for introspection, self-discovery and the development of new perspectives. Through activities like mindfulness, journaling and personal development workshops, participants can gain deeper self-understanding, identifying their strengths, weaknesses and the areas they wish to develop. Particularly viewed through the artistic, visual lens.

Retreats are generally 3-4 hour sessions, held on a relaxing Sunday. Sourdough bread and tea provided, with a coffee shop in walking distance. All materials are supplied, however we send you a list of suggestions upon registration. A max of 16 people per session.

Think of a retreat as:

A chance to reconnect with and/or deepen your mindfulness practice. An opportunity to connect and share learning and ideas with a community of like-minded people. A way of reconnecting with daily life with a different perspective.
